New Violation Complaint Submission Process Implemented

The Board has adopted a new formal process for submitting alleged covenant violation complaints. This new procedure helps ensure consistency, fairness, and efficient handling of all reports received.

  • All complaints must be submitted electronically
This ensures clarity and a proper record of each submission.
  • Complaints should include the following details:
    • Specific address or location of the alleged violation
    • Description of the violation
    • Date(s) the violation was observed
    • Supporting evidence (e.g., photographs)
    • Name and email of the reporting party
    • A corroborating witness name and email (must be someone other than the reporting party)
  • Automated confirmation only:
Upon submission, you will receive an automated message confirming that your report was received.
No further updates will be provided, as all investigations and enforcement actions are handled confidentially between the Board and the homeowner involved.
  • Prioritization Guidelines:
The Board will prioritize investigations based on factors such as:
    • Severity or potential harm to the community
    • Recurrence or repeated violations
    • Impact on overall neighborhood appearance or safety
    • Whether the report includes clear evidence and corroboration

This process is established under the Board’s authority to create reasonable rules and manage the Association’s affairs, as outlined in our governing documents.
